We created an export product which can send every answer to every question on every report along with other collected information in one easy to import file. DataEx can be scheduled to automatically run daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the amount of data being sent. This makes the information portable and easy to integrate with other systems within a client’s data organization.
We can receive orders and send completed reports or data from reports in multiple formats. These include .xml , JSON, .csv, .xls, and PDF. Data can easily be exchanged through our restful API or a custom FTP build. For less technology dependent customers we have an easy direct order system, excel spreadsheet, or special fillable PDF form. We can accommodate just about any kind of data integration possible.
We partner with E2Value and Corelogic to provide accurate replacement cost calculations on commercial, residential, agricultural, and special use properties anywhere in the country. From sheds to mansions, Preferred Reports can provide actual cash value, replacement cost, and functional replacement cost valuations. Valuations are available as an additional service on every report including ASAP no contact surveys.
